Change Associate is driven by the pursuit of quality - a belief that our surroundings directly influence the quality of our lives, whether in the work place, at home or the public spaces in between. It is not just interiors but urban design that affects our well-being.We are concerned with the physical context of a project, sensitive to the culture and taste of their place. We have applied the same priorities to public infrastructure whole Asia - in our retails, housing, exhibition, events and company branding design. The quest for quality embraces the physical performance of our design.

Having founded Change Associate in 2002, Wilson Chan elicits an uninhibited sense of energy even within Hong Kong, where in the world of architecture and interior design is known for being one of the most exhilarating. He has stirred the young generation and drawn attention of the establishment.
His interest in design has always been broad. While respecting conventional and traditional aspects of architecture, he believes in breaking boundaries, and he is on a continual search for new ideas. Hence the name, Change: to crate a new dimension of living style.
